Victoria Finial

Ordered three (3) Victoria Finials. All arrived well packaged (bubble wrapped). Two arrived undamaged, the third had a "bend" Iin it and was not perfectly straight. We called WeatherVanes and sent them pictures. WeatherVane sent us a return shipping label and we sent the one finial b ack for a replacement. New finial arrived in a week or so. WeatherVanes was easy to work with and we really appreciated the "no hassle" exchange.
